“ I visited Bubbakoo’s Burritos recently, and it definitely hit the spot. As soon as I walked in, the place had a chill vibe with upbeat music and a clean, modern setup. I ordered a custom burrito with grilled chicken, rice, black beans, chipotle mayo, and a side of jalapenos. The management of this place is perfect. The staff was super friendly and made the burrito right in front of me, exactly how I wanted it. Everything was fresh.. the chicken was juicy, the rice was seasoned well, and the tortilla held up perfectly. I also grabbed an order of curly fries, which were crispy and seasoned just right. For a quick, casual bite that doesn’t skimp on flavor, Bubbakoo’s is definitely a solid go-to. ”

I mean, there are plenty of parking spots, but more importantly the food quality is really quite good. I had the hibachi steak burrito bowl and the parts were fresh, cooked perfectly, great sauces (the spicy) and seasonings were great. I was more than pleasantly surprised as it's not often franchise Mexican cuisine restaurants have it all together. This store by far is really about the best Mexican food I've had in the Middletown area. And it makes you wonder why there are not more and better Mexican restaurants locally. Anyway, I ordered online with a 90 minute ahead ready time. Got there on time, it was ready, the folks behind the counter were efficient, knew my order seemed to be really good with other live customers. The place was super clean, love the ease in which you can see the menu and the greens color are a nice contrast. But the real highlight was the meal. Fresh, terrific tasting - at least the burrito bowl I got plus the chips and their spicy salsa is must. At least for a first time visit, a 5 all the way around and dont pay attention to the poor reviews. Just either fake or typical thoughtless social media folks. Go here - you will be very happy. ”
